Tait RE and E invests in primarily residential Real Estate for resale and rental short term. Currently, TREE Co owns a 4 contiguous lots with only 1 house. We expect the lot with a house and the lot with the lot with pond next door to sell together. The other two adjoining lots will be sold as building sites.
